Meet Mrs. Thompson

Welcome to Second Grade! My name is Olivia Thompson and I am beyond excited to be your child's teacher! This is my 10th year teaching. I strive to create a classroom climate that is positive, safe, nurturing, and most importantly, FUN! 

I grew up in Chattanooga, Tennessee. I attended college at The University of Tennessee at Chattanooga. After graduation, I moved to Bartlett and married my college sweetheart. We have been married for almost 10 years and have 2 incredible little boys, Andrew and William. We also have two dogs, Rupp and Layla! When I am not teaching, I love spending time with my family, reading, and running. 

I promise that this year, I will treat your child as if they were my own. We will work together as a team, so that your child will grow and succeed not only in Second Grade, but their whole school career. 

We are going to have an AMAZING school year!!
